Labor, Kadima form leftwing alliance

Although there were rumors that the feud between labor leader Amir Peretz and Kadima's Ehud Olmert would block a possible leftwing coalition forming between the two largest parties in Knesset, the two came to terms today and announced their alliance in forming Israel's next government.

This was what was expected all along, and now we'll see just how many more parties fall into the Jewish Expulsion Coalition (JEC). Already we know Shas and their 12 seats are in, as is Meretz and their 5 seats, and Pensioners with 7. This added to Kadima's 29 and Labor's 19 gives a total of 72 MKs for the coalition.

Likud and Yisrael Beitenu are still on the fence, but in all likelihood will give in and join the JEC so that they can get some juicy cabinet appointments because, as we all know, they are power hungry politicians without any scruples, particularly Likud.

UTJ (United Torah Judaism) is also expected to seek a spot in the JEC because, like Shas, they are Hareidi whores who seek payola for their Yeshivas even at the expense of Jewish homes and Land.

As I predicted before, the only party which will oppose the JEC is the NU/NRP and their 9 seats, and if the NRP could find a way to weasel out of its obligation to the NU they too would join the JEC in a heartbeat, as they are like the Hareidi when it comes selling out the Settlers for government cash.

Oh, and let us not forget the "Death to Israel" Arab Parties, which are so ready to help Olmert expel the Jews from Judea they can't vote for it fast enough. It's actually getting hard to tell the difference between the Arabs and the Jews in this leftwing government, as both of them are competing to see which despises the Settlers the most.

The answer, my friends, is hope and prayer for a miracle. But, with only 9 MKs on board to try and stop the JEC, well, reality is looking very grim, indeed.
