HA! Radical Frisco Mayor off to rehab

In the category of, "bahahahah!", radical leftwing mayor Gavin Newsome gets busted for banging the wife of his campaign manager. Yes, Newsome is following the official Congressman Foley playbook of getting caught for lewd and immoral behavior and immediately running off to rehab to try and cover it up. Newsome, who broke California law to authorize gay marriage, and then called for the US government to eliminate the military, is not fooling anyone with this ridiculous stunt.

Jerusalem Post - Mayor Gavin Newsom said that he plans to seek counseling for alcohol use, following the disclosure that he had an affair with the wife of a veteran aide.

Newsom, 39, said that although "my problems with alcohol are not an excuse for my personal lapses in judgment," he had stopped drinking and wanted professional help staying sober.

"Upon reflection with friends and family this weekend, I have come to the conclusion that I will be a better person without alcohol in my life," Newsom said in a statement.

Newsom last week acknowledged a sexual relationship with former secretary Ruby Rippey-Tourk, the wife of his now-former campaign manager, Alex Tourk.

Uh, yeah, rehab for alcohol... That's what you do to explain doing your campaign managers wife!
