Reason for optimism (sorta, kinda)

Well, as many of you sorta, kinda know by now, I am more than a little disgusted with the radical leftist leadership in Israel and the way they have endangered the survival of the Jewish state with their pathetic capitulations and seemingly limitless corruption. So, it is with great pleasure that the following statistic has been reported on the lack of confidence Israelis have in the sniveling coward currently heading Israel's government, Madam PM Ehud Olmert:

(IsraelNN.com) In probably the lowest show of support for an incumbent in the history of political polling, only 3% of the populace feel Olmert should continue to serve as Prime Minister.

OK, now for the bad news. The equally corrupt and cowardly Binyamin Netanyahu of Likud is the leading candidate to replace him in the next elections with - GASP - Labor's even more vomitous Ami Ayalon right behind him.

If elections were held now, the survey shows, Likud Chairman Binyamin Netanyahu would receive ten times more support than Olmert - 30% of the electorate. Front-runner Netanyahu is followed by Labor's Ami Ayalon, with 18%.

And the beat goes on...
